On Monday 28th November, the association for the knowledge and recognition of paellas Wikipaella held an event at Las Naves with the aim of highlighting the value of this traditional dish and discussing the opportunities of rice as a tourist attraction.
During the round table, which was attended by the director of CEMAS Vicente Domingo, the speakers delved into the potential of rice as a tourist attraction. It was also an opportunity to listen to the cities whose gastronomic identity has made it possible to mix cereals with the local cuisine, creating unique events with great national and international repercussions.
Paella is an ancestral dish full of history, culture and knowledge. A clear exemplar of the Mediterranean diet, not only because of its nutritional values, but also because it is a true representation of everything that is created through collaboration and diversity.
