On November 26 at 10:30 am, the Consumer Participation Board of Trustees (MPAC) will present the fifth edition of the Survey on Consumption and Purchasing Habits 2020. The event will be held at the headquarters of the National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC) and will be broadcast via streaming.
The results of the report will allow us to know more details about the impact of COVID-19 on consumer habits, trends and training needs. These data are of great importance when designing tools that help us to improve our respective activity habits.
The opening of the event will be attended by the Minister of Consumer Affairs, Alberto Garzón; the president of the National Commission on Markets and Competition, Cani Fernández, and the acting chairman of the Economic and Social Council, Pedro Fernández.
Afterwards, the results of the survey carried out by the Participation Board will be presented by the representatives of consumers and users of CECU, UNAE, FUCI, CAUCE and Mercadona.
Lastly, a roundtable discussion will begin with the participation of Vicente Domingo, Director of the World Centre for Sustainable Urban Food in Valencia (CEMAS); President of the Scientific Committee of the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition (AESAN) Montaña Cámara; and journalist Mar Amorós.
