The Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB) launches a series of four podcasts with María Marte, Michelin chef and Ibero-American ambassador of culture. The contents revolve around gastronomy and its relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals.
Through these podcasts, users can learn more about the issues of food insecurity, childhood obesity and malnutrition. To this end, María Marte talks to specialists from NGOs, foundations and renowned specialists. In addition, the chef shares her life as a migrant and her experience as a woman who made her way to success in the world of haute cuisine.
