This year is special for CEMAS because we are launching a series of meetings that address the importance of having a fair, sustainable and healthy food system. On 18 October, we held a wonderful conference called “The ethical and moral importance of re-educating ourselves towards fair, sustainable, healthy and inclusive food systems”, where we invited thinkers, philosophers and high-level experts to reflect together on the challenges and realities we are facing.
