World Food Day, celebrated every 16 October, is a crucial date to reflect on the importance of sustainable food and the fight against world hunger.

The world’s farmers produce enough food to feed more than the entire existing world population, yet hunger persists, with up to 783 million people facing hunger due to conflict, repeated climate crises and economic downturns.

In Valencia, a city renowned for its commitment to healthy eating and sustainable agriculture, the commemoration of this day takes on special relevance.
