Eating City’s summer campus, a meeting that seeks to promote cultural change towards sustainable food systems, was held last weekend. The event, which lasted until Monday 11, brought together young people from 22 to 32 years of age, ranging from cooks to farmers and students of various disciplines, all committed to a fairer and more sustainable society.
The event’s participants were carefully selected based on their motivation. They brought perspectives from both the public and private spheres, seeking to enhance their leadership and learning skills to face the challenges of the 21st century. Taking part was a great privilege for CEMAS.
In this collaborative space, we sought to unify efforts, creativity and leadership to transform our relationship with food and promote sustainability. It also served to reflect on what can be done individually and collectively to implement this change. Thank you for inviting us!
