The Centre for Rural Studies and International Agriculture (CERAI) and the worker cooperative Garúa have made available a series of educational resources in digital format to promote the consumption of healthy, fair and sustainable food.
The project funded by the Madrid City Council aims to raise awareness among educators and families about the importance of consuming fresh, local and seasonal food. Its resources include “La maleta pedagógica” (The educational suitcase) with activities for working on healthy and sustainable food in children’s schools, and the multicultural recipe book “El mundo en tu plato” (The world on your plate), a publication with simple, healthy recipes from around the world.
