A Valencian book on sustainable gastronomy wins the “Oscar” of gastronomy books

The book Gathering Flavours: 360º in Mediterranean Gastronomic Experiences, which celebrates the culinary richness of the Mediterranean and the region’s commitment to sustainability and in which CEMAS collaborates, has been awarded in Saudi Arabia by the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, prestigious international awards that recognise excellence in the publication of books dedicated to gastronomy.
